Overview: We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our Everything DiSC by Wiley services, our leadership training by Center for Creative Leadership, and our professional coaching and consulting services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. This position offers uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
• Client Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them effectively. 
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up to understand their coaching needs and provide appropriate solutions. 
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our professional coaching services, including features, benefits, and value proposition, to effectively articulate them to potential clients. 
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our coaching services to clients. 
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure sales and close deals. 
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software. 
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 
• Feedback and Collaboration: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding client needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. 
• Professional Development: Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. 
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Experience in selling intangible services or B2B sales is a plus. 
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 

Compensation: This is a commission-only position, offering uncapped earning potential based on sales performance. Commission rates will be provided upon successful hiring.
